Scope: Applies to JCEWA WAX products purchased via our website or authorised dealers.
§1 Change of Mind
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the purchase date (subject to approval).
Eligibility requirements:
Item is unused, unopened, and not applied/washed;
Original packaging intact with tags/seals (if any), in resalable condition;
All accessories, manuals and promotional items (if any) returned together.
Exclusions (unless the item is faulty):
Customised/modified items;
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or contrary to instructions;
Hygiene-related items, consumables, samples, and gift cards.
For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping and any installation costs are borne by the purchaser; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
§2 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrectly supplied, please contact Customer Service immediately.
Upon verification and as required by applicable consumer laws, we will provide one or more remedies:
Free replacement of the same item;
Free repair;
Refund to the original payment method.
Inspection by the manufacturer or an approved service centre may be required. Returns may be refused if the item has been modified, misused, or not used as instructed.
§3 How to Return or Exchange
Online orders: Contact Customer Service or submit a return/exchange request with your order number, purchase date, item details and reason.
Dealer purchases: Contact the store of purchase with your receipt/invoice.
Pack securely and include all original packaging, accessories and manuals.
Confirm the correct return address and process with Customer Service before shipping.
Once received and inspected, we will process the refund or replacement within up to 14 days.
§4 Refunds & Timing
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded to a replacement gift card of equal value.
For online returns, the time for funds to appear depends on your bank/payment provider (typically 1–7 business days) after our processing is complete.
For change-of-mind returns, original shipping, installation and gift-wrap/service fees are non-refundable.
§5 Applicable Law & Your Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., the Australian Consumer Law). In the event of a major failure or if the product is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
